In short: Wigly gives you play ideas. You decide what's safe for your kids and always stay with them. You buy Wigly Plus through Apple and cancel it in your Apple account.

Who we are

Wigly is made by DMWS B.V. in the Netherlands. Apple's standard license agreement for apps also applies (Apple Standard EULA).

What Wigly is

Wigly is an app with games and play ideas for adults who play together with kids. The games, the reading voice, the toolbox and the games Wigly invents are meant as inspiration.

Playing safely

An adult is always responsible and stays with the kids, especially for games in or near water, outdoors near traffic, with small objects or with movement.
Never leave a child alone in the bath, a paddling pool or a hot tub. Kids should be 5 or older and only briefly in a hot tub, with water that isn't too hot.
Pick games that suit the age, the space and what your child can do. Stop if something doesn't feel safe.
Games Wigly invents with Apple Intelligence or the game maker are generated automatically. Read them before you start.

Apple Health

The energy Wigly writes to Apple Health is an estimate, not medical advice.

Wigly Plus

Wigly is free with 10 games per month. Wigly Plus gives unlimited access and reading aloud, for €4.99 per month or €49.99 per year, after a 7 day free trial.
Payment goes through your Apple account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your Apple account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Prices may change. Apple will let you know first.

What you may not do

The app, texts, voice and visuals of Wigly belong to DMWS B.V. You may use them to play at home, at school or in childcare, but not copy, resell or put them in your own product.

Liability

We do our best to make Wigly good and safe, but we can't guarantee the app always works or is free of errors. DMWS B.V. is not liable for damage resulting from playing games from Wigly, except where the law requires otherwise.

Changes and law

If these terms change, you'll see the new date at the top. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
